Udupi Dhanvantari College of Nursing Udupi is a premier Nursing College in Karnataka. The College was also known as UDCN College and was established in the year 2004 as Private Educational Institute. Dhanvantari College of Nursing was approved by The Indian Nursing Council ( INC ) and affiliated with Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka. The Institution provides higher education to students to build a career in the field of Nursing.

Eligibility Criteria

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

• The Candidates must have English as their compulsory subject and should have a science stream in their 12th standard. Also, they need to score a minimum of 40% aggregate marks and in English separately in their qualifying exam.
• The candidate must be a 10+2 pass out with English as the compulsory subject and must have secured 40% in aggregate in Vocational ANM course from any Indian Nursing Council-recognized institute.
• The candidate should have completed class 12 with English having 40% in aggregate in Vocational Stream Health Care Science from a CBSE-recognized board.

B.Sc Nursing

• The Candidate should have a minimum age limit for BSc Nursing admission in 2023 is 17 years.
• The Candidates should have completed a 10+2 level of education with Physics, Biology, English, and Chemistry as core subjects.
• The minimum merit percentage requirement varies for different BSc nursing colleges.
• Apart from the minimum merit score, candidates must also have met the cut-off requirements in the qualifying entrance examinations.
• NTA has scrapped the upper age limit to appear for the NEET UG exam and seek BSc Nursing Admission.
