Moodlakatte Group of Institutions is located in calm a peaceful town of Kundapura Udupi. The College is affiliated with VTU University Belgaum. Moodlakatte College provides International level facilities to the students for better learning. The college offers courses like Engineering, MBA and Nursing. Moodlakatte Nursing Institute has affiliatted with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science. Furthermore, the college has the approvels of KNC, UGC, AICTE and INC. MITK campus is located amidst the pastoral farm lands of Kundapura taluk at Moodlakatte, a typical village away from the noisy city limits, at the ancestral heritage property of the founder Late Sr. I.M. Jayaram Shetty. Established in the year 2004, under the leadership of the philanthropic, technocrat Late I M Jayaram Shetty and the iconic MNBS Trust, Moodlakatte Group of Institutions has reached out to the rural communities as a symbol of hope for availing technical education. Moodlakatte College of Nursing is one of the institutes being developed by Moodlakatte Education Trust, a charitable organization set up for serving society by uplifting the educational needs of the village people who look forward to learning and earning and developing the needs of the society. GOODLATTE COLLEGE OF NURSING is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, Government of Karnataka, Indian Nursing Council, and Karnataka Nursing Council. Health care being the prime concern world over, there is an urgent need to train professional health care workers, especially nurses to fill the void that has been witnessed at present times.
