BSc Cardio Vascular Technology is a three year undergraduate paramedical course. It deals with finding and preventing heart diseases and monitoring blood circulation. Even though, the course duration is three years, six months internship is compulsory. In this program, students will get familiar with various complex procedures such as performing stent implants, setting up cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators in the treatment of heart diseases.
Candidates will be able to find work in various sectors such as Hospitals, Universities, Health organisations etc.
Also, They can work as Cardiovascular Technician, Cardiovascular Technologist, Medical Sonologist, etc.
Admission to BSc Cardiovascular Technology is based on the candidates’ performance in the qualifying exam. So, it is important that the candidates should do well in their 10+2 exam. In no case, the aggregate marks of the candidate should be less than 50%.
